ORDER ADJUSTMENT, CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY – BOOMBOX DEALS
These terms apply to all orders placed via Boombox Deals.
1. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
1.1. Order Adjustments (Within 6 Hours)
We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make any changes (such as product variant or shipping address), you must contact us via our Contact Form within 6 hours of placing the order.

If the update increases the order value, additional payment will be required. If we do not receive the payment within 48 hours, we will proceed with the original order.

If the update decreases the value, the price difference will not be refunded.

Note: Adjustments may affect eligibility for promotions or discounts.
1.2. Order Cancellation (Within 6 Hours)
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. However, please note that any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
1.3. No Cancellations After 6 Hours
Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours. If incorrect or insufficient shipping details are provided and prevent us from delivering your order, we will notify you via email. If no response is received within the given timeframe, your order may be canceled and a partial refund issued (if applicable), after deducting processing and shipping costs.
2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
2.1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund in the following situations:

Standard & Premium Shipping: Not delivered within 45–60 business days.

Eco Shipping: Not delivered within 60–90 business days.

Product Defect or Quality Issue:

Claims must be submitted within 7 business days from the date your package was marked delivered (per tracking data).

2.2. Required Evidence for Claims
To process your complaint quickly, please provide the following evidence:

An unboxing video of the package

Clear photos of any defects or damage

Photo of the wrong item if the color, design, or size is incorrect

Photo of the size tag and full item with a ruler (for size disputes)

Photo of the original shipping label on the received package
2.3. Resolution Timeline
Once your request is approved:

A replacement tracking number will be provided within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Note: Actual refund timelines may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
3.1. Verification & Fraud Prevention
You may be required to provide additional order information for verification. Boombox Deals reserves the right to refuse support, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud or failure to provide sufficient evidence.
3.2. Delivery Issues Not Covered
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

Absence of recipient at delivery time

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Refusal to accept the package

Theft or loss of goods after successful delivery
3.3. User Errors
We do not accept responsibility for errors such as ordering the wrong size, color, or design. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
3.4. Product Packaging Notes
Some bulky or oversized items may be folded for shipping purposes, which can result in temporary creases. This is not considered a defect. Simply lay the item flat for 3–5 days to allow it to return to its normal shape.
